• Sub-processors: Third-party providers necessary for service delivery, including AI infrastructure (e.g., Vapi, ElevenLabs, OpenAI) and communication platforms (e.g., Twilio, Make.com).
• Client Direction: We transfer qualified lead data and appointment details to the client's designated CRM.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.
